I’ve been getting comments/emails from people asking for help on hacking their AppleTV. I’m not going to advertise ‘hack services’ on my site as I’m not sure of the legality of such activities!
Maybe we should change the term from ‘hack’ to ‘enable’. Thats just nice.
I will offer advice, consultation if you please, on how to ‘enable’ your AppleTV. This will be particularly useful for those that do not have an Intel Mac which is required to carry out ‘enabling’ of your AppleTV.
I’m happy to assist where I can, and answer questions, and ‘point you in the right direction’. You will need to email me directly with your issues or requirements. Perhaps my services would be worthy of a donation via paypal.

Thanks for your blog and help.
I’m new on this and been hacking my AtV..managed the first steps so far.
Have now Jaman TV, Nito 0.2.5b10 and ATV loader 1.0.8 and Safe up date with Turbo’s.
The problem now is to install the firefox, following the instructions on the AwkwardTv wiki. I can not unable the mouse or keyboard.
You mentioned in your blog that with Nito this would be solved by itself..??
I’m using a wireless Keyboard and mouse integrated in 1 USB port on ATV.
I have tested the same on my Macbook Intel and on my Intel Laptop and they both work fine.
Can you please tell me what I’m doing wrong?
Would Nito instalation also unable the bluetooth?

Hi Wes,
I’m using a usb keyboard and mouse, enabling the bluetooth is something I haven’t looked at yet, I suggest checking out the Wiki on awkwardtv.org regarding bluetooth, do let me know how you go!

Hi u all , ‘m a newbbie on enabling ATV, lol! (looking for links ,help advice, anything to load MAC OS X tiger of course,on my AT’s)so far unsuccessfull , tryed the appletvhacks.net tutorial, checked also on awkwardtv, still nothing , this is my hardware, ATV 40gb, ATV 160, MACBook intel 10.4.6,or 10.4.11, there is also imac g5 tiger, macbookpro leopard,within my hakifriends thet i can use. i am getting stuck on running bless, i will appreciate any help …
we got this ATV’s grounded but i am planing to get some more if we can eneble it!
